No customer cart by ifb at haldwani (nainital) u.k

IFB  your customer service in Haldwani is useless .


My Washing machine had a complaint on Sept 2014. I lodge complaint to your customer care .


A mechanic named Mr Suhel visit my home and informed that A Card and Thermostate should be changed .we ask to do so he open machine and till today machine is in open condition and unrepaired.


This is the height of misbehave by your cutomer care. Feel sorry to say that now i never go for an ifb product in future.
