Extremely bad Customer Service

I bought a front load IFB washing machine. It broke down 4 months back.I called their customer service center. They did not respond well. After repeated reminders they sent an engineer to see the machine. He took some money from us, and never came back.A few days later they again sent an engineer, he too never came back. The third time the engineer came, he told us some parts were missing and that he would order for those.


For the next 2 weeks I made numerous calls to that engineer and every time he told me to wait for 2 more days as the parts had not arrived.Later on contacting his superior I found out that the engineer had lied to his boss stating that the customer was not willing to pay the amount he estimated. When in fact no estimate was given to me, nor did he talk about payment.


The managers too are extremely irresponsible. They do not pay any attention to customer’s problems and leave everything to their lower staff.I am completely dissatisfied with this product, and would advice everyone: DO NOT BUY IT.
