This senator washing machine is not worthy to buy. In fact don’t go for IFB , please choose an LG one . LG washing machine is best , very less vibration and very less noise. Service of IFB is worst. we brought this SENATOR DX model , after getting delivery of the machine, no one from IFB center, that is service engineer , not even bothered to call us for the installation.
Pathetic, we can say . This machine was not installed at our home, after seeing for 5 days we changed this one to LG washing machine . After exchange happened, then this IFB guys were calling for installation.
This is pathetic, we even called IFB call center , they only say as a parrots that " our service engineer will come and install the machine". Believe me we were pissed off this service. After exchange we felt relieved LG is the best in service, we haven’t got the delivery of the LG washing machine service engineer called us and asked us when to come for the installation . LG service is ADORABLE .
