Here again unfortunately with a negative feedback.....
Yes the washing machine is down again.. the water is not drained and the long rinse is not working... called the customer care .. response.. "we will try to send someone today if not then tomorrow" phew the clothes half washed in the machine and have....
Wish there was an easy way to return the piece of junk and get back my hard earned money... if not 100% even 90% refund.... but no it wont happen until pitch battle is fought in some court....... yuck that’s another pity of or country.

I purchased this machine since this was the next model to the high end model and considering that in Washing Machine it is IFB like what Ferrari is for Formula1.
But within 10 months of purchase, the maid noticed that the clothes were not spinned dry and there was soap residue on the clothes after the washing cycle ends. we did not pay much attention first fey days but when we checked it was a REAL Problem the clothes had soap residue all over after the wash ends.
Complained to IFB customer care, Response was prompt and a service agent was at the house within 48 hours. he examined the machine and gave us the result that the Machine MOTOR IS FAILED AS A RESULT THE DRUM NEVER SPINNED AND THE wash Cycle indicator went from start to end with no INDICATION THAT THERE WAS A SYSTEM FAILURE (in this case the motor NOT WORKING) .
I will not recommend anyone IFB machine and have suggested NOT TO BUY THIS PRODUCT to members in my family..
IFB had a Big Brand Name in Washing Machine for WHICH I PAID A PRICE as WELL and What you Get is MOTOR FAILURE WITHIN 10 months of Purchase.. Ridiculous.
