I bought the costliest fully automatic IFB washing machine ( 7 Kg.) among the comparable brands about one and a half year back. But during the last three months it has broke down twice. After making complaint in their service center, the mechanic will turn up within two three days, However your woos wall not end. You will be informed that certain part of your machine has blown off and he will return after two days since the part is not available with him.
Then day and weeks will pass but nobody will turn up. You call their Service center endlessly but every time you will be informed that they can’t do anything and on insistence they will hand you over a new mobile number which will never be replied by anybody. Durability of this product is very low and considering their service response, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NOBODY SHOULD GO FOR BUYING THIS INFERIOR PRODUCT OF IFB.
