Very Bad Customer Service

Very bad customer service on Complaint Number: 14048846.

It been 12 days and no response after multiple reminders and call backs. I bought IFB and not Siemens Washing Machine because of customer service. If this is going to be the quality of your service, I would have better bought Siemens.
