IFB is great Value for Money. After a lot of surveys, we zeroed in on IFB and so far the machine has been performing very well. Uses less water (we have water issues but ever since we’ve got the IFB, we’re able to get the job done with less water). AFA customer service is concerned, our experience has been good, the CSR was courteous and knowledgeable and the engineer came and fixed the minor issue promptly. During the past one year, I’ve purchased many new household electronics products, this is by far the best on customer service.Overall I would give is a good decent rating.
