I would like to let people know that IFB after sales service is very sad and the least professional. Fortunately we encounter only 2 problems with our machine but the service is so bad that my parents are getting frustrated.
I have been barking at the Customer Care and all they say is the technician will come at sometime. These people expect us to wait and wait and they dont have the decency to call up and inform.
My advise to people is though the machine is good the after sales is so bad that if u ever get a problem its a hell running after these guys.
Inspite of us having an annual contract of Rs 1500, they have the worst service possibky any private co has to offer.
Its a shame that such cos are making profit, bcos they are taking advantage of the helpless indian people who do have any weapons against these companies.
