Its a trouble free machine. service is very good. there is a call centre nos. you can make your complaint easily. its fully automatic machine. there is a hot wash option. there is eco wash option, soak option , anti wrinkle option facilities. durability is very high due to tub and drum are made by stainless steel. variation of spin speed is from 600 rpm to 1100 rpm.
Drying capacity is there. separate wash care programmes are also mentioned like cottons, delicates, silks and woolen garments.
after sale service : within 24 to 48 hrs after generating unique ticket no. after installation there is 2yrs extended wty period (chargeable). after expiry of warranty there is annual maintenance contract also for 1 yr and 2 yrs. IFB also provides additives and accessories like detergent (matic), descal, limo, fabo and trolley, d/cover, hi low cutout, voltage stabiliser (to get constant voltage) etc. IFB have other product also like M/oven, Clothes Dryer, Domestic Dishwasher and Industrial Dishwasher.
