Never ever make the mistake of buying any IFB product. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic. My complaint for washing machine has been open for more than a month. Despite innumerable calls to their call center, writing emails, writing on their fb page, there is no response at all.
They promptly take money for AMC but will make you cry if the product run into any problem.
Also, they keep pushing very expensive products like’water softener’, anti-scaling powder etc otherwise, the washing machine will develop fault. Its pathetic.
