My IFB senator machine found lacking in its durability, though from design, operability and style perspectibve, its quite ok. The worst part is the support service in Navi mumbai by IFB support given by Delight services. Seems there is no option but to make a request and keep waiting for the repairs to be done mainly due to naive technicians and unavailability of spare parts.
On escalation to the partner in delight services, the standard reply of you may escalate it to the company points to the confidence level of the support agency that no action can be taken against them. There is no empathy towards customers plight and even escalating to the area executive does not seem to work. Not sure if the feedback sent on IFB websites are ever read as no response ever received. Wonder whats the trun around time to expect. Suggestion t new buyers to insist on SLA on trun around for support as this may come in handy.
