Following is the complaint I have just submitted today i.e. 15/11/2010 to IFB. Go through it and you would be able to decide yourself:-
First Time I registered a complaint for non working of my washing machine on 20 September 2010. The complaint number was 5134839. After repeated requests the mechanic came after 7 days and repaired it in such way that it stopped working the very next day. Since then we are repeatedly calling the Customer Care but there is no response. I have even registered a telephonic complaint at the Kolkat office on 13/11/2010 its number is 5418124. I was promised that the problem will be fixed by Monday. This is around 11.00 p.m No response from the customer care center. You people should be proud to have the worst after sales service in India and still surviving.
So, for the last 2 months the machine is lying idle and there is no response from IFB Customer Care. Before purchasing the machine I visited this site and was surprised to find so many dissatisfied customers. The shopkeeper said that this is the site for dissatisfied peoples only who are rare and the other companies employ people to keep writing such feedbacks for the competitors. I was be-fooled by his these words and like an IDIOT purchased the OFB washing machine and now cursing myself. So if you are an IDIOT like me then go for IFB otherwise look elsewhere.
