Service call not completed after 50 days. In spite of multiple followup and escalation. Raised a complaint on 4th of July . Followed up multiple times. After escalation there were promises of 1 hour, 1 day and date and time etc. the problem still not solved and everyday followup is done for at least 15 minutes including wait period. Seems IFB just ignores calls. no action. not even a call from IFB
