Dear Friends, Sorry to say that their customer service for IFB is extremely poor. We have called 6 times to one number provided in your receipt and each time, he/she take the complaint and do not send anyone for repair. We also have AMC, which looks like utter waste.
Its really frustrating that inspite of paying for the services, these people take no actions. Deepa Enterprises is another nuisance partner of theirs which are very causal too. And the service man have the audacity to tell that we should have patience! After calling 6 times for a month we did not response.
Everytime its the same situation. IFB is not recommended in India.
