I am from Vengaivasal , East THAMBARAM, Chennai.. I own a washing machine from IFB.. It still have 3years warranty.. But 1month before I had a problem with its front door.. A guy from IFB named ARUN had attended the complaint and told that I need to replace the door and it ll not be covered by warranty since IFB will not cover plastic , rubber n etc.
I was ok with that requested that fellow to replace it since I am not able to wash any cloths because of this door problem.. After this.. That’s it.. They’ve closedmy request and did not order any door till date.. Whenever I call the manager dhansekar.. He simply says.. Will come tomorrow, truck delayed.. Some stupid lame reason.. These guys are useless... Please do not buy IFB products.. N don’t regret after that..
