I lodged the complaint on toll free no 18604255678 on thursday/friday and gave me complaint no as 252140. Then I called on saturday I was told on the same day complaint will be closed. When on monday I called thrice all the time they told "server problem, call me another 15mins" but no reponse until evening.
Then on Tuesday I called and asked for the complaint no on toll no they said this is no the right complaint no., Then they gave another land line no to follow up, then from there I was given another mobile no to follow up, Then mobile no says to dial again the toll no for complaint no.
LOOKS IFB WANTS TO MAKE CUSTOMER TO SUFFER AND CAUSAL APPROACH TOWARDS CUSTOMER. REALLY I AM IRRITATED FOR THESE 5 DAYS.
