Service with an ulterior motive

We are using Senorita+ for last 5 years. It has been an wonderful experience for us moving up from semi-automatic washing machines. The water consumption, the operation options, hassle free and simple operations and the involvement required from us have all been a great advantage to us.


Yes it had some trouble and was rectified as we have continuous AMC for this machine. Just like Fridge and Micro-oven, it has become and essential value add to our hectic life.


What has is irking us is the service motives. When the motor went bad, the service centre was initially providing excuses and only with some repeated intervention came around to replace the motor.


The other main issue is that they are compulsorily insisting on using 2 sachets of descaling salts (paying 300 bucks each time). So much so that even are installing softner filter from them after using 8 sachets of salt, which is suppose to provide a relief of 3 years, the next service person comes and insists on using the sachets again. Needless to say that we use corporation water only which is suppose to be drinking quality water.


Now that is not ethical and smells of ulterior motives. It seems that this selling of salts has become the prime motive of these people.


Yes the machine is worthwhile but the service reflects bad on the company.
