I am Thilak and have got a IFB washing machine from Vasanth & Co velachery chennai and it is very nice.My Contact number is 9176612689.I went there with my wife and a sales person came after smoking.He gave the demo about the product and it was stinking and the demo was also not good. I am not saying they cannot smoke but they can give a break after smoking.then went to the manager and one girl came and gave the demo and we bought the product. Here is the game. They said that if we buy the stand then 200Rs will be less in the stand price as they will put everything in the same bill.
Also said they cannot show the washing machine stand as they dont have the stock. Then delivered the washing Machine and the stand.Later the demo person from IFB came and showed their stand which is also same cost but it is really very good. Went to vasanth & Co and I asked for the manager and another person said that he is the manager.
I told that I want to return the Stand and buy something else for that. He asked me a letter which he will send to Head office and if they approve then they may take. Generally when we go any place where if we are not satisfied we will ask for the manager to compliant. Don’t do that here as everyone says they are the Managers as they don’t consider the customer.
So Think Twice before going to Vasanth & Co but the product is really good.
