I am one more I F B washing machine owner suffering from pathetic customer service. A little research on Internet and this is what I found:
(1) I F B is not an MNC - they don’t have any international operations. They are based out of Kolkata and is only 34 years old. " I F B Industries Limited originally known as Indian Fine Blanks Limited started their operations in India during 1974"

(2) Their CEO Bijon Nag is paid a paltry Rs 14.78 lacs a year. What better can you expect from a company he runs?
(3) The company is deep into debts(net assets is minus 262 crores). No mutual fund holds this stock. It went bankrupt in 2001 and is currently marginally profitable.
I think this is enough info for anyone considering to buy ANY IFB product. This company may not even exist a few years down the line.
