Very Poor Service. Beware of purchase IFB

I am fed-up from IFB customer services. I have a very small problem, the drain pipe of my washing machine has some leakage. Almost 2 technician visited our places and none of them resolved our problem. I am still waiting and keep on following in customer service center to solve our problem. the funny thing is that, our complain number also closed with good remarks even we had given no feedback and not signed any documnet to show’problem resolved’.


I don’t know why?, they have such a international name but very poor technician to serve customer. What you can expect with technician,  they actually don’t know how to open a washing machine?


one guy actually broken a lock during open our washing machine. Instead to say sorry or try to replace it, he said its not a big problem sir. Too bad.


Its very disappointing for me to say, IFB has the name only not the acurate services. They need to improve their customer services unless it will be a big problem for them to stand in India market.
