IFB is allmost like fraud and their customer care is just to make fool of the customers. I’ve purchased 7kg fully automatic machine in june 08.
It worked fine for 6 months only and it’s all parts except the cover body has changed but still not working properly and IFB’s technical dept is not able to solve my problem. They assured me that this piece gonna be replaced soon but almost 1 month has passed out and now they just roaming me arround by giving just foolish excuses.
Be amazed by one more thing about IFB, they did not give their customer care phone numbers on their site. Even if you try to fill product complaint form online then it given invalid ’date’ given error all the time whereas there’s no such filed exists on their whole form. Good thought to make fool of others. Really sharp people they are. So I suggest all people out here NEVER BUY IFB PRODUCTS!!!.
