I had raised a complaint on Jan 30, 2015 for my washing machine. I was told that the service will be done in 48 hours. Its been 13 days and still its not resolved. I have already made at least 30 calls to the service center and to the escalation manager in Bangalore. Have already heard all lame excuses of not doing services. Horrible service!
Now, they wont even pick up my call. Not sure why does IFB sells washing machine when they don’t have any kind of service available?
