Called up customer service for re-installation of the product after shifting house and the technician turns up after a week of raising a complaint and repeatedly reminding the service agency and the central customer service number on a daily basis.
Finally got the work done by complaining in the IFB stall at the ICE (Indian Consumer Exhibition) Exhibition that was on-going in chennai.
