IFB service especially in Bangalore is extremely pathetic. However, it gets even worse if you happen to purchase an AMC. I lodged a complaint on 24th Feb 2016 and technician closed it without informing me about the status or reason.
On calling customer care they told me to lodge a fresh complaint as the old one was closed due to nonavailability of the required part.
The new complaint was filed on 24th MArch 2016 with an SLA of 48 hours as per customer care. HOwever, there is still no response and every time I call customer care I am given some area manager/supervisor number which is a new one everytime and nobody bothers to pick up the numbers.
Can somebody please let me know how I can get a refund of the AMC amount I have paid along with at least 18% interest since the time I paid?
Also, I am going to mark all the numbers given by IFB customer care as spam in Truecaller.
