ON Third Of june i pruchased (unfortunately) a ifb washing machine from m/s surya firm velachery.
Without considering any other brands i went for ifb because of their name.
From the next day their tecnitians started coming to my house, when they were not able to make my machine work, they promised for a replacement. I produced the original receipt for the replacement process. After making hundreds of calls to mr. Parthasarathi he told me that another technician from ifb should cross examine the product and then only they will replace.
Having lost faith in their words i refused to allow any one for further testing, finally one mr. Thirugnanam (mentioned he is the senior most) convinced my wife to send a person to my house to make a final test.
He assured that the technitian will not even open a screw from the machine he will only check the software installed in the machine.
When the technitian came he started opening each and every part of the machine.
Finally he could not make my machine run. This happened last thursday the 19th.
I was asured by mr. Thirugnanam that my replacement will be ther by monday.
Until today there was no communication from them.
Now mr. Thirugnanam is telling he has sent a mail to his superior waiting for his reply (a reply is on its way by email for the past five days)
Now mr. Thirugnanam very conveniently says that i have to talk to his superior.
Now i know that i have been taken for a nice ride by this big branded company.
Atleast any one reads this message do not buy any ifb products.
The worst part of it is the company people never makes any commitment in writting.
Don’t allow these cheaters to take you also for a ride.
