I purchased Washing Machine Senorita SX 6 kg from IFB dealer Dass Electronics, Kalkaji on Wednesday, 2.11.11. Even after repeatedly lodging requests with IFB Customer Care(less) for Demo, nobody has come for the same. Numbers of IFBs franchisees, Mr. Agrawal and Mr. Mohit were given but these persons do not pick up their phones - either landlines or mobiles. Now even the dealer has stopped picking up the phone. IFBs Customer Care(less) centre only forwards the compleints and does little else. Only once Mr. Agrawal picked up the phone and said - ladka gaya tha, ghar band tha - a lame excuse - if somebody comes, will he not ring up? Can somebody intervene and help - this is the efficiency of the private sector in India.
