I am writing this fedback with deep sense of resenment and annoyance. I feel sad about a compnay, who strongly believes in offering WORLD CLASS washing machine (that is the only product we have used till date of IFB) so also delivers a THIRD CLASS AFTER SALES SERVICE.
I bought Senorita Plus model two months back in Gurgaon after seeing my brother as a satisfied customer for quality wash in Hyderabad.
To my disappointment, It took full five days with repeated telephonic follow up (from me as well as the dealer) and firing later on to get the machine installed. I have to took sacrifice a day leave for that which was otherwise scheduled on a off day.
Thank God the machine got installed.
Now the real bolt from the blue is - within barely two months of purchase machine stopped working due to a part failure (No issues - it may happen with any machine). That is why I have taken extended warranty / service contract of four years.
Since then, service fellow has left my machine open extending lip services from service center to get the part repalced.
My repeated telephonic follow-ups has not yielded any thing but increasing the anxiety and utter frustration.
One should be under impression that IFB machine break down once in a while. I have never seen the service guy free of job. He always comes to my place with at least six - eight assignments of services for the day within the same colony - SOUTH CITY ONE, whre I am putting up at.
May I request you to read the feedback sincerely and plan buying IFB only if you have enough time, courage and patience to bear with pathetic services.
