I bought IFB senorita VX 6 kg model 2 and half years before. Initially it was doing good and smooth in washing. But, in recent days, especially for the past 6 months, I am getting very bad experience with the machine. While spinning it is vibrating terribly with huge banging sound, In fact the machine is jumping some inches forward with the stand and halted after detaching the hose. After that, it won’t respond, I need to pull out the clothes and do hand wash and rinse. Automatic machine becomes semi-automatic in respective with senorita VX 6.
I repeatedly complained to the service center, but no proper solution, they fix the hose and dry run with empty drum and close the case. The next day, again the same story continues.
I am thinking to throw away the machine after the warranty expires and go for a new brand.
