I bought a IFB Senorita. I have regretted buying this. The dealer delivered the washing machine on time. Now, comes the fun part.
IFB guys call me and apparently they treat their service folks like royalty. They are not ready to come before 10:30 AM and after 5:30PM. Now, say both husband and wife are working, you have to wait till weekend for these gentlemen to turn up.
When they eventually turn up(they do not maintain time), you realize communication skills of those people are pathetic.
They do not know how to give demo. They say "Press this for Pre-Wash". I say why? He says, no press this for Pre-Wash. Not sure what to make of this conversation.
In my case, they unpacked the machine and left it with thermacoal packaging left inside. They told me to run the machine. I was wondering why some sound was coming. I then had to log a complaint.
They delivered the wrong stand to me. The guy knew it was a wrong stand, It seems(They told me later after I logged a complaint), but he still gave me as he did not have the correct stand. Due to this, the machine started shaking violently.
When I complain to IFB, they worked on my complaint. But, when I asked what they are going to do to resolve such issues in future and when I asked their manager to call me, they have not even bothered despite repeated mails.
It looks like IFB has become very arrogant and their management does not know ABC of customer service. My sincere advice to all of you is not to buy IFB products. You will regret your decision.
