Last year I bought IFB Senorita DX 5.5Kg. So far once I faced problem with it. Though the problem I faced is not actually caused the machine. Water connection I use for the machine is Borewell water connection (it would be little hard water) and when the tank is empty dust comes with the water so it went into the machine and we faced problem. After we added a filter to purify the water we have no problems. Almost every day we use it and it woks gr8. IFB has lots of add-ons like water purifier for inlet water etc at additional cost, which I had not estimated during the purchase. Stand, stabilizer, water filter, cover, warranty. All I got with additional cost. It would be gr8 if all the essential items (like water filter) & its cost is integrated with the machine.Sevice was ok, when my machine was repair, they serviced in two days, they changed the entire pump and it was covered by the warranty.
One small thing I felt was, the service engineer was not so capable. Because I told when they visited the problem would be due to the dust in the water. But he changed the entire mother board before he checked the pump.
