Bought serena washing machine in 2009 , it is very good machine , my wife is happy , they have very good after sales service , till date we are completely happy with this product , it has four years warrenty , now it is under acmc @2800/per year , but after sales service is good , we suggest this washing machine ti future buyer , it is almost 7 years we are using this machine , their is ni problem as such till date , we have shifted this machine in three different location till date in gurgaon but no problem till date in after sales service , they give good service @ your doorstep without any questioning , I suggest .
