After going through reviews in the internet, visiting many showrooms/outlets I purchased a IFB Serina SX though most of the reviews says it horrible. How much horrible, its clear within 2 days. The so called technician came, to my surprise he don’t know how to operate on the washing machine stand. I need to tell him regarding that. The guys even did not fixed the rat mesh and told me its not required.
I feel terrible upset when they said, they have not brought a water tap adapter, will come tomorrow with the adapter. On the next day I called so many times (at least 15 times) and did not get a response. The guy even not bothered to respond to the call. I have no other option other than go to the IFB care and purchase and fit it myself to the water tap. Though I am using the machine now, waiting for a response from the IFB guys.
Like morning shows the days, how the guys will respond to problem shows. Anyway do anybody know about any IFB reliable service guy who will take money but can address the problems.
