I’ve been scammed by IFB. I sincerely request everyone: do not buy IFB products—especially ACs. But if, by mistake, you decide to go with IFB, make sure that all warranty details are written and recorded on official paper. Otherwise, you might face a big scam like I did.
They scammed me badly. I didn’t get anything in writing—only the printed warranty on the outside of the box, which I overlooked at the time of purchase. Later, an IFB official, Mr. Uttkarsh, scammed me. He’s a big scammer.
Please be cautious. Their technicians often falsely claim that your product is damaged. When they visit your home, they’ll find a way to take extra money from you—one way or another. They’ll scam you and walk away with your hard-earned money.
To avoid this, don’t go with IFB. Choose brands like Samsung, Blue Star, or Hitachi instead of such as fake brand ...
This is my personal experience. Don’t buy from a fraudulent company like IFB.
