Worst Machine. IFB Supremo DX. Dont ever buy it. They have the worst after sales service. They are only quick to collect the AMC, but when it comes to service you better wash the clothes by hand. They just dont show up and if they do they never have the part in stock.
You spend more money in calling the service centre...it would have been cheaper to get it repaired from outside. Never ever buy any of their products. When the machine spin dries it sounds like an aeroplane taking off. Once a month the machine breaks down. You have to make upteen number of calls to them before your machine can be looked into and then the part is never available, so you can say goodbye to using the machine for the next 7-10 days.
The Service center says the call will be attended next working day between 12-7:00p.m. but the next working day never comes. You call them again and they say the technician is in the field and will surely attend if not today then tomorrow.
