I bought this washing machine on Aug 2018 as I had offer during Onam season. I purchased this from Mayoori furniture, Manacaud. At a time I can able to wash more than 7 Kurtis.washes well. But we can use only liquid detergent which we can get from IFB itself. No solid detergents can be used. Customer service is good. For every wash it takes 1hour to complete there are so many options also. Aqua save is also there in case of water scarcity.Long duration is the only problem. Spinning is there hence enormous water from the clothes will be dried off from the machine itself. Userfriendly, once we put the required dresses and switch on the programs, no need to check again and again whether it’s over or not. There Comes a beep sound when it gets finished. I am happy with this.
