The worst experience with ifb washing machine. Sri vigneshwara services, the franchise partner of ifb is the worst service in reparing my ifb washing machine. Even the ifb ppl not able to talk to them and solve the problem

This is to express my deep disappointment with IFB. I have purchased the ifb washing machine with the belief in their brand and took the AMC also last year
But to my surprise, when I raised the request for repair of my washing machine on 5th November and 2nd December, the technician visited and said that spare parts are not available for mother board and shock absorbers and cancelled the request saying after the spare parts they will visit and solve the problem .
Being believed in them, I waited and calling them continuously but no one came and every time they telling all types of stories and delaying the visit .
Finally when I called the customer care, they r also telling that I have to wait for some more time for spare and the technician will only call. But even after my continuous calls, no one came and then again I called the customer care, they then raised the service request on 16th December. Even after that no one came and solved my problem
Even I made a conference calls multiple times with franchise Sri vigneshwara services and to my surprise, they started telling stories to the ifb customer care people also.
Finally today when I called the manager Mr. Yacub and he assured me that today at any cost but as usual my problem is not solved. I called before also multiple times but no use.
I am now fed up with IFB and thinking that why I have purchased the washing machine from IFB. I won’t purchase the IFB products any more because of this Franchise disappointed service

PS: my since request not to assign any repairs requests to this franchise Sri vegneshwara and suffer the customers like this. If possible cancel the agreement with them.
Again I am repeating I won’t buy ifb products any more and I suggest my friends, family and all my known circle not to purchase ifb products and I give 0 rating to ifb in all the social media .
Let’s see if my problem gets solved after this mail.
