My washing machine repair took 20+ days. After 100s of call , technician finaly visited for repair. No commitment for customer service n help. Technician denies to repair and keeps transferring the complaint. Doesn’t recieve calls. Customer service sucks. Their server is always down. Goa unit customer service is worst. Technician first says he will repair and then after 4 days tells that it’s not under his area. Like this 3-4 technician will keep irritating untill finally u complain to go to consumer court.
