We brought IFB Executive Plus 2 years ago and again paid Rs.3000 for an extended parts warranty of 10 years even though still 3 more years of warranty left convinced by a smart support engineer who came to service and latest found to have a faulty electronics. Now he is giving reasons and not giving any specific date to fix. How can a product like this survive in the market? I am surprised by the sub-standard servicing process of IFB. Try to avoid this. I had good experience with LG and Samsung but attempt to use IFB backfired. I am trying to dispose it now and buy a new machine.
