I bought an IFB washing machine on 23-Jul-2013 and the machine was down on 30-Jul-2013. I lodged the complaint on 01-Aug-2013. The service person came to my home and told the some water valve failed and will be replaced in 4 days. But never come back.
As of now 07-Aug-2013 I made lot of phone calls to the Dealer(I purchased from), IFB customer care and service Franchisee. Nothing worked. When I called last night they surprised me by telling that my call has been closed already.
They told me that they can open a new complaint for the same issue. I asked them to re-open the complaint. Im waiting for response.
