I bought IFB fully automatic washing machine in June 2012.Since then there have been sporadic cases of water leakage from the underside.The technicians assured me that it was a case of mild leakage from the drain hose & it was TAPED up(GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF SERVICE CENTER)!
That has led to damage to MOTOR, CLUTCH SYSTEM B/W MOTOR & DRUM AND POSSIBLY THE DRUM ALSO.
For last 2 weeks I’ve been getting assurances about speedy replacement of parts(PRODUCT WARRANTY IS 2 YEARS) but no action.
So, check out the service facility BEFORE buying the product.
