I had bought ifb zephyer ex dishwasher in 2003. It had 1 year warranty till the time of warranty it worked fine.
After some time, since the water in my area was also hard or what they called “scaled”, it deteriorated my dishwasher.
So when I called these guys to check my dishwasher, WASHING MACHINE repair guys of ifb were send who had no knowledge of the dishwasher later that they told me that they dont have guys to repair it so its like a scrap in my house till now also there were3-4 types of detergent being used in it which were costly too so I wont recommend anyone to buy ifb dishwasher
