The IFCI office at Nariman Point has a bunch of sleepy heads who either do not pick the phone or when they do so after a waste of our precious time, cannot give us proper answers to our questions. Me and a no. of my friends who hold IFCI bonds, do not know what to do, as the registrars of this issue are at New Delhi. We have all sent several letters to the IFCI Office and also MCS Ltd., and also the Managing Director, but none have given us any reply. When a customer buys an IFCI family bond, I think it is his right that when he sends any correspondence pertaining to that bond, he deserves a reply. How long does it take for the people working there to send a small paragraph as a reply. They have taken our money and multiplied their profits on that money -- they have got their salaries throughout the years because of customers like me, yet they do not have the ethics to reply to our letters. It is a sad case indeed, and I recommend that people do not buy bonds from IFCI -- unless they want to go thru a nightmare like the one I am going thru at present. If anyone out there has a similar problem with this company, please let me know.
