I have applied for fresh online purchase and online renewal from this company.It is to late to issue policy.Rather it is does show many vehicle models and places of registration.
It does not get updated timely.Also on renewal, one has to follow all procedures of newly going insurances.Many times quotations get expired quickly and one has to do same procedure again and again.
One of the worst thing about it is late delivery of hard copy.For it, one has to request many times and chat to customer care.Then they resolve the issue.Also it takes much time for endorsement.
Registered policies in its webaite show fewer options to manage policies online.The website shows expiry period but does not show link for renewal.It does not provide for Commercial Wheecle insurance like other companies.
And for any issue, technical department replies very late.So is the case with every grievance raised here.So, I wanna suggest that please do buy policy from other companies for better service and satisfaction.
