The co. remained very good till I was paying premiums but when I met with an accident & my car was damaged & I approached the co., then the real picture emerged, totally uncooperative attitude, no estimate was made available for perusal in spite of the fact that the same was demanded invariably for a number of times.
I do not know as to how Maruti has opted this co. for insurance of its vehicles.
I have been charged a sum of more than 5000.00 which is not justified as compared to the damage caused by accident, Till date I do not know about the actual amount of estimate.
Now I feel that I am caught as a fish in the net of this IFFCO-TOKIO CO.
