I had car insurance for my car by iffco-tokio insurance company in 2010-2011 financial year. My policy nomber was 74178769 . I made a claim through shraddha motor bharuch claim no. 31893233 . On nov-dec 2010 was the month. I submitted all the form signed to the service centre & service centre had submitted forms and other documents to them. After that I dint received my cheque. They have nither given me any reminder about my claim. Even I forgot about claim due to my busy schedule.
After two year they have sent me a letter telling that we are closing your claim file due to you haven’t submitted some required documents with form. If they wanted any document then they should collected from the service centre . Or should have contacted me..
surprisingly they had issued my cheque, and next year at time of renew of policy they dint offer me no-claim bonus for renewal notice..!!!
