My vehicle ( two wheeler ) claims are still on hold past one month , they still have not confirmed the claim AMOUNT , when I call up , they exchange no.s , I had nearly spent 200/- on phone to contact the person concerned , to listen " sir u r request is under processing please call later " .
The survey-our from the company was not technically sound. This insurance agency are in the market only to fool the customer and make money. They are very good while selling their product but forgot their responsibility when they is suppose to provide the service.
Still I think Government institution are better then these private agency. Now I had planned to go to court , let my money go in ruin , I want this company to close down their business in karnataka . Please , vehicle buyers ( from advaith automation , basvangudi , bangalore ) do check with u r dealer , with which insurance company he is insuring u r vehicle , if its IFFCO TOKIO , then a bigggggg NO NO.........
