One of my friend went to IFFCO Tokio Travel Insurance Company and he found nothing useful in this insurance company.
The customers service is zero and staffs attitude towards the customers is very rough and rude.
Its premium policies are so unique and time taking. Range of plans are limited in this company and many customers don’t insure with this company just because of these missing and limited range of features.
Claim settlements of this company are too very complex and complicated.
