I worked with Igate only for 1 year but it has been the worst experience of my whole life. My Husband had already warned me due to experience from other friends that Igate Management is very Horibble but I did not listen to him and went ahead and joined it but I suffered like anything because of the managers especially Vikram Jain, Bidisha Ganguly, Sarvana.
Vikram Jain is the most Cheapest Manager I have ever worked with. He doesn’t not know how to manage the business and takes poor decisions because of which the staff suffers. He has taken such a bad decision against me that I suffered like anything and was harassed by the staff even when I did not do anything. He just listened to some false proof created by Freshers like Meghana Raghu, Dharnendra and Nidhi Srivastava(BEWARE OF SUCH IMMATURED FRESHERS) and took such a decision by not even investigating properly due to which I had to suffer a lot. He didn’t even think that he himself has a daughter before spoiling my life. I curse him that his daughter and his family will suffer like anything for what he has done with me. The HR is so dum that they do not know how to arrange for accommodation when they send u for a transition to Delhi. They make girls stay in hotels where drunkards also come to stay and behave cheaply. The Managers themselves sit and pass cheap comments on the floor openly and then unnecessarily punish others. I request all the girls that if you do not get a job you can wait and have patience but do not join Igate Global Solutions Bangalore, that was the biggest mistake I did in my life. I curse the Igate Management everyday in my life as I have only suffered and am still suffering because of Igate Management even though I only did good and good work for them. They have only and only done bad to me and have spoiled my entire life. Alongwith this a boy named Vijendra had come to hit me when in Delhi but no action was taken against him by this third-class management which only punished me for nothing. And I am sure there will be many people who might have suffered like me but few will reveal this truth about igate THIS IS A 100% TRUTH ABOUT IGATE
