I read this book when I was a engineering student. this book works as powerful magnet to budding engineers as every engineering student see Dr. Kalam as a role model. Dr. Kalam’s personality has always inspired youngsters to become scientist and bring innovations. as at the starting of book he tells about his survival in a helicopter crash and than giving breif about his education and family he has explained that how he even getting rejected by defense forces did not gave up and kept working for his goal of life. He also talks about eminent personalities like JRD Tata, Dr vikram Sara bhai and others whom he has referred to as Visionaries of today’s india(Ignited minds). it is must read. though I hav’nt read his another book india 2020 but I am sure it must have same potential to guide indians
