I am into Sr. Manager profession into a software comapany and was on hiring MCA students. I was intersted in hiring IGNOU students as I was very impressed with its presence since long. But on interviewing around 25 students I was hardly able to shortlist even one student. Comman fact between the students was that they lacked practical exposure on very basic , C and C+ language.As I was really looking for someone who has logic and a little practical exposure. On researching a little deeper I got the understanding that since classroom practicals are missing due to lack of proper faculty its mostly take home assignment based, its just a degree they give. No value addition done in a professional course
